Returns & Exchanges

At Strawberries & Cream, we want you to love every piece you purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
